PAINTINGS ON CANVAS
& WOOD PANEL
Morning Sunshine
11.5x14.5 inches acrylic on wooden panel. The outer edges are carved like a frame and painted black with metallic gold streaks. The original photo made me think of soft morning light shining in on the flowers, but coffee is my morning sunshine! This version Morning Sunshine II were painted from the same reference. I feel this version has a more traditional feeling to it.
Morning Sunshine II 16x20x1.75 inches acrylic on gallery wrap canvas. This version is larger and has a more contemporary feel to it. The canvas edge is painted with the dark background colors. It can be hung without a frame.
Jai 16x20 inches, acrylic on canvas. Jai is a male Sumatran tiger residing at the Phoenix Zoo. From a photo taken by Grant Brummet and used with permission. This painting is a narrow gallery wrap and comes unframed. An example of my extremely realistic style.

Italian Poppies This is a tryptich, that is 3 seperate canvases that together make the painting. Each canvas is 4x12 inches, gallery wrapped and the scene continues around the edges as you can see in the photo on the right. This is not any exact scene, but rather a loose impression from my stay in the Le Marche region of Italy in 2010.
